Prize Draw Terms & Conditions – High Point Holidays

1. Organiser

This prize draw is organised by High Point Holidays (“the Organiser”).

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who have travelled with High Point Holidays in 2025.
Only one entry per person is permitted.

Employees of High Point Holidays and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter the prize draw, participants must submit a review of their travel experience with High Point Holidays via the official Google review link provided.

No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

Entries must be received before June 1st 2026.

4. The Prize

One winner will receive a €500 voucher to be used towards a future High Point Holidays trip.

• The voucher is valid for bookings with a minimum value of €3,000.
• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The voucher must be used within 12 months of the date of issue.
• Please note that the voucher cannot be applied to the following trips:  walking holidays GR5, GR10, GR52, Alps to Med Trail, Les Ecrins: Panoramic Alpine Trail, Tour of Queyras - An Alpine Secret, Alsace - Vineyards and Mountains, Delights of Historic Dordogne, Corsica's Beautiful West Coast, Cerdagne Explorer, Pyrenees Coast Trail, Pyrennes: Mountains to Atlantic Ocean, Traversing the Pyrenees National Park, Dolomites: Tyrolean Explorer.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place on June 5th 2026.
The winner will be contacted via the email address used for their booking.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Publicity

By entering the prize draw, participants agree that their first name and review content may be used for promotional purposes on the Organiser’s website and marketing materials.

7. Data Protection

Any personal data supplied will be used solely for the administration of this prize draw and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. General

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw in the event of circumstances beyond its control.

By entering the prize draw, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of France, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
