Meet Justine: our outdoor sports and moutains lover

Justine was a born-and-raised in Sydney, Australia. She grew up in Manly, a tiny beachside community where she developed her passion for surfing, often enjoying outdoor activities with her mom. After graduating from university, she left home and lived in Canada and Hawaii before finally settling in Chamonix in the French Alps. She now splits her time between the mountains of France and the countryside of England.
As a travel planner specialising in the UK & France, she loves sharing her favourite places with travellers from all over the world. Having travelled extensively around the UK & Ireland, her favourite trips to plan focus on authentic and charming small-town destinations with incredible accommodations to settle into at the end of each day.
Justine enjoys climbing, ski mountaineering and is an avid tennis player who actively contributes to small community organisations and festivals in her town.
Her last trip
She went to England and explored Somerset, Dorset and Cornwall. She loved surfing along the coast of Cornwall, hiking on the South West Coastal Path, stayed at the cutest hotels and ate at small restaurants serving the most delicious local seafood.
Her dream destination
Portugal, where she would surf (of course), savour phenomenal cuisine in Lisbon and learn about Portuguese culture which already fascinates her!
A memorable experience
"Fresh out of high school and on my gap year before I started university, I spent a year travelling around Europe with my best friend. On our way to the beautiful Isle of Skye in the Scottish Highlands, we stopped at Eliean Donan castle to take some photos. The locals were having a big ceilidh in the castle and invited us to join! We spent the whole evening being twirled around the castle to the tune of bagpipes followed by an amazing meal. Highlander hospitality at its finest!"
