Each day was different. Lovely accommodation with interesting places to visit. I liked the freedom of cycling into a town and finding a cafe. Lovely food and wine. Many thanks for your friendly but unobtrusive help and attention to detail.

These Queyras walks provide some of the best mountain walking in France, maybe in Europe, with spectacular views and delightful calm, well away from tourists. The hotels are just right - comfortable, well-run, large rooms with balconies, good food and reasonably priced wines. The mountain trails are well marked, the walking notes are good. In my 70’s I did not climb every peak, that’s for younger and fitter walkers, but I did a good 6 hrs per day, got to the lakes and the mountain cols and enjoyed fabulous scenery. This is a special corner of France and Europe. Altogether a delightful break. Thank you.

Sarah and the team at High Point Holidays planned a wonderful outdoor/hiking trip to Lyon and the Savoy region. We hiked some of the alps, road bikes and saw a lot, encountering places that we wouldn't have possible discovered without them. I would highly recommend their services in planning future trips to the region. Sarah was very responsive and helpful in responding to requests to make changes to our itinerary, and checked in consistently before and during the trip as well. We felt very supported.

We had such a wonderful and effortless trip with High Point Holidays! All our accommodations, transportation, excursions, and recommendations were perfectly tailored to our interests and preferences. Our local expert found hotels and tours we likely would not have found or even thought of on our own. Instructions on how to get to each place, such as from our airport terminal to the train, were so specific and included pictures with each step- so incredibly helpful and stress-reducing! And the 24-hour support lets us relax and enjoy the journey. Will definitely be using High Point Holidays in the future!

Sarah was a fantastic planner as well as a support system for the trip. I have a "late" family. We are always running a bit behind as we are "stop and smell the roses" kinds of people. We thank Stephen, William and Celina for organising a wonderful holiday for us in Scotland. The attention to detail was outstanding particularly given it was the winter season when many venues are closed. Nothing was too much trouble and always available and keeping in touch. We had a sensational time staying at terrific hotels often wonderfully located in the country, and made many happy memories out in the Scottish Highlands. A lovely outdoor adventure... favourite spot is Applecross!!! We could imagine the Vikings landing there from the sea.

The excursions that High Point Holidays planned from the food tour to the distillery tour to the Skye Tour were excellent. We think that we saw a lot on our two week trip.
