Many customers now wish to take advantage of low-cost flights to France or special deals offered by other transport providers such as cross-channel ferry companies. For this reason, and because many of our customers arrive from all over the world, we have decided to let you make your own travel arrangements. However, if you would like some more advice or need help booking your tickets, we will be happy to help.

Guided Walking Holidays
Each holiday description provides details of the flights which are practical for that holiday. For the most part, they are flights to Lyon St Exupery Airport with Easy Jet and British Airways The train journey to Lyon from London is very convenient and we can also pick you up from the local train stations such as Lyon Part Dieu and Lyon St Exupery. For other pick-up points please contact us.
Pick-up for our guided walking holiday in the Tarn is from Rodez and Toulouse airports.
Self-Guided Walking and other holidays
Please consult the details listed with each holiday for more information. For some holidays, transfers from local stations or airports are included in the holiday, whilst for others you'll need to make your own way to the first guest house. Please inform us of your travel arrangements when you make your booking.

By Car
The journey from Calais to Lyon takes about 7-8 hours (excluding long breaks). Tolls amount to about 30 euros each way. Controlled parking is available at the airport for 50 euros. Channel crossings are provided by the following companies.
