How to Book

Just follow the steps detailed below:

Provisional Booking

In order to make a provisional booking or to check availability, please enter your details in the enquiry form by following the link below or e-mail us at (or call us on 01749 321032). We will e-mail you back or we can make arrangements to contact you at a time that is convenient to you if you wish to discuss your options further. Should you wish to make a provisional reservation, this will give you first option on a holiday for a period of 7 days. If you do not book within this time your reservation will lapse. If you are in any doubt or need further information, for example, relating to travel information, please let us know. We will confirm a provisional booking by phone or e-mail. To Make a Firm Booking

Having read and agreed our terms and conditions, including the requirement for personal insurance cover, please complete our booking form on-line.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the holiday price or £150/ €150 (which ever is the greater) per person must be paid with your booking.

Payment should be made by bank transfer. We will send you our bank details following the completion of our booking form. Non UK customers can also pay by card via our sister company in France. No action will be taken to arrange your holiday until payment is received and your holiday is only confirmed on receipt of an invoice.

We prefer to receive booking forms by e-mail as this enables us to make the reservations much quicker but if you need to send it by post, our address is: High Point Holidays, Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA

For Non UK Customers wishing to pay in Euros, this can be done using Visa or Mastercard via our sister company Randonnee Outre Manche. We will send you a payment order with a link to our banks secure payment page.

We will confirm your booking by sending you a confirmation invoice. We do not recommend that you book your travel arrangements until the trip has been confirmed.

Payment of Balance

The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. This date will be shown on the invoice sent to you confirming your booking. If you are making a booking within 8 weeks of the first day of the holiday, the full payment must be made with the booking. A single payment should be made in the event of there being more than one person in the party unless we have agreed otherwise with you first.
