For 2008, we have two cycling holidays on offer in the Beaujolais and Burgundy areas that are perfect for those who enjoy gourmet food and fine wines.

The Burgundy holiday is a gentle ride among the vineyards, well suited to families who are looking for a cultural break.

The Beaujolais holiday is best suited to more active cyclists who want to explore the rolling green hills beyond the vineyards. Taking in the Beaujolais, the southern Burgundy and some of the Charolais region, you will be cycling through an ever changing upland landscape of patchwork fields, woodland and quaint villages.

We offer holidays where an authentic French experience is guaranteed. Stunning landscapes, local delicacies, cultural delights and a genuine friendly welcome are features of both holidays. Don’t worry if you don’t speak much French, many of the locals have a good grasp of the English language. You’ll find that an open mind, warm smile and desire to communicate are usually enough to get by. 

Cycle routes

Our routes usually consist of multi-day circuits. You will stay more than one night in some guest houses allowing you time to relax or to explore the local area using local trails. We transport your bags between guest houses so you only need to carry the essentials.
