equipement & conditions

The game of golf requires participants to have suitable equipment, knowledge and clothing. In addition the restrictions on the use of some golf courses mean that complete beginners are, unfortunately, not able to play on the courses that we use.

Equipment

It is assumed that golfers will have their own clubs, although they can be hired. Trolleys and buggies can be hired direct from the courses. Please tell us in advance so that we can make the necessary reservations.

Etiquette

All players undertake to oblige by the general etiquette of golf and the rules of the course. In addition, players will have due respect for the course and the other players, in relation to noise, speed of play and repairing divots and pitch marks.

Clothing

In accordance with the general etiquette of golf, players must not wear jeans or tops without a collar. Golf shoes (with plastic studs) must be worn.
